Your Renovation Your Way provides warranties on workmanship as specified in your project agreement. Material warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Your Renovation Your Way shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Your Renovation Your Way and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our website and services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
